Our own Rye and Single Malt whiskies are produced in-house on custom built Vendome copper stills, crafted from Tasmanian grown grain and Australian malts.

Our very first experimental whiskies are available to try by the measure only at the Overland Whisky Bar & Taproom.

Our whiskies are experimental, approachable, full-flavoured and balanced. And always released at their peak deliciousness.

We are incredibly thankful to work with many passionate farmers and craftspeople across Tasmania and Australia – their dedication makes our process possible.

OUR CASKS: Overland whiskies are matured in carefully selected casks. Our Head Brewer & Distiller Nathan loves unique Australian ex-wine casks. Not surprising to those who knew him as a talented winemaker before he turned his hand to whisky. At every chance he’s traveling the country to source and discover new casks and flavours.
