Our goal is to pack heaps of flavour into sessionable ales and lagers. They pair well with whisky…
and we love boilermakers!
The Overland Core Range beers are ever-evolving. They feature Australian hops and are made to achieve supreme balance and drinkability. Our beers are brewed in small batches, so they are always served at their freshest.
We also craft seasonal beers like fruited kettle sours and our winter-release ‘Old King Neptune’ Imperial Stout. Limited release pale ales and IPAs sometimes hit the taps too ;)

Draught
Our Draught is a Kolsch style ale, with bright malt, subtle hops, and low-medium bitterness. It has a soft mouthfeel, with notes of honey, citrus, and biscuits.
4.5% ABV. 20 IBU.
HOPS: Ellerslie Hops ‘Melba’ (NSW)
MALT: Voyager pilsner and pale base malt -

XPA
With no/low bitterness, the soft, silky and hazy malt body holds up some big dry hop additions (15g/L) of the newest, fruitiest and most intense hops we can get our hands on. Flavours and aromas can range from tangerine to stone fruit to tropical mango, passionfruit, and pineapple.
5.0% ABV. 10 IBU.

Pale Ale
On the ‘Pale Scale’ (is that a thing?), ours leans richer and more full-bodied in its malt profile, but still maintains its freshness through multiple cans or pints. On top of medium bitterness, the hops lend flavours/aromas of peach and tangerine.
4.8% ABV. 30 IBU.
HOPS: Galaxy, Eclipse (AUS)
MALT: Voyager pale malt (AUS), Crystal (UK) -

IPA
Our core IPA is a modern take on a classic West Coast IPA. Pine + resin notes, with bright citrus flavours & aromas.
6.5% ABV. 40 iBU.
HOPS: Galaxy & Eclipse (AUS), Centennial & Simcoe (USA)
MALT: Pilsner (AUS) Pale, Crystal (EU)
